This is how the rates are in Spain

This Monday, after the expected arrival of iPadOS 16 and macOS Ventura, those from Cupertino have announced a price increase that reaches almost all of their subscription services. Apple Music, Apple One, and Apple TV+ update their rates from today, even in Spain. Apple Arcade, for its part, is the only service that has not been affected and maintains its launch price.

According to statements by an Apple spokesman to 9to5Mac, the rise in price of Apple Music is due to the latest improvements that the service has received, the increase in licenses and the fact that artists will charge more for their work. In the case of Apple TV + they mention that the catalog has been expanded compared to what they had three years ago when they launched the platform at “a very low price”.

The new rates for Apple services

The effects of inflation, accompanied by loss of purchasing power, continue to make themselves felt in much of Europe. The iPhone 14s are more expensive than ever and the new iPad Pros also cost several euros more. Now, Apple subscription services have these updated rates in Spain:

Apple Music

  • Individual: 10.99 euros per month (before, 9.99).
  • Family: 16.99 euros per month (before, 14.99).

AppleTV+

  • Monthly: 6.99 euros per month (before, 4.99).

AppleOne

  • Individual: 16.95 euros per month (before, 14.95).
  • Family: 22.95 euros per month (before, 19.95).
  • Premium: 31.95 euros per month (before, 28.95).

Only Apple grows in a declining computer market during the last quarter

It should be noted that these are not the only increases that reach the universe of Apple. As announced, the company recently raised the prices of purchases in the App Store. In the latter case, the changes reached several countries, including all those that use the euro as their currency.
