Logitech has announced three new peripherals for our computers. First of all, the Logitech MX Master 3Sa sensitive but inconspicuous renovation that maintains the design and heritage of its predecessors and improves in terms of its quieter clicks and sensitivity.

Second, two keyboards, the Logitech MX Mechanical and the MX Mechanical Miniwhich are just the opposite: these are mechanical keyboards with low-profile switches, closer to what we find on laptop keyboards.

From silence to noise

The Logitech MX Master 3S is a slight evolution of the MX Master 3 that we liked so much and that consolidated these models as benchmarks in its segment.

Logitech MX Master 3S

No major changes are applied in this version: the design is identical, but the manufacturer has made an effort to offer a quieter mechanism for mouse clicks: noise is 90% lower to its predecessor, they say at Logitech.

In addition to this, the MX Master 3S boasts a sensor between 4,000 and 8,000 dots per inch and perfect operation even on glass. They are mice focused on productivity and not gaming: its sampling rate is low, 125 Hzwhile in gaming mice it is normal to have 1,000 Hz and even 8,000 in some cases.

In addition, the central wheel with MagSpeed Electromagnetic technology is capable of traverse 1,000 lines per second accurately. We will be able to control these options with the Logi Options+ software, which is now out of its beta phase and which allows, among other things, to create usage profiles to adjust, for example, the tracking speed.

Both keyboards – like the mouse – are wireless, and according to Logitech they have 15 days of autonomy if we use your backlight or up to 10 months if we don’t use that feature.

In all cases it is possible to use these peripherals with up to three teams at the same time — they can be paired either via Bluetooth or via Logitech’s USB adapter — and you can switch between them with a little button on these products.
